Want to support your 11-14 year old daughter to be the best she can be? Now she can attend Girl Power Day: an action packed one day event for girls 11-14 years old or 6-8th graders.
At Girl Power Day your daughter will experience the main pillars of Girl Power, which include positive self and body image, healthy friendship, relaxation skills, healthy cooking and exercise. She will take part in activities like acting, art, dancing, visualizations and cooking. It is a full day of empowerment and fun: Girl Power Fun!
A mum full of iniative would like to know if other mums in the area are interested in having Leslie Kuster run a Girl Power session in Lugano. It would need about 8 to 12 girls in order to make it worth Leslie's trip to our part of Switzerland.
