The Foxtown centre boasts of having prestigious brands at factory prices, and stores in the complex include Gucci, D&G, Armani, Diesel, Calvin Klein, Boss, Gant, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Diesel, Esprit, Adidas, Nike, Replay, Superga, Samsonite, Fratelli Rossetti, Brums, La Perla, Fendi, Tod's, Hogan, Versace and Valentino. In these retail spaces, over 250 top Italian and International brands offer their products at factory prices directly to the customer, with a discount from 30% to 70%.
Personally I like shopping for household goods and sports equipment. Bed Linen, kitchen gadgets, gym shoes and the kids sport's gear all get acquired at a healthy discount. The quality is guaranteed by the brand itself. Trust me you CANNOT resist the temptation of shopping. You can go absolutely wild when the sales are on in July and January.
The best part of it all is that the shopping mall is open 7 days a week from 11.00 to 19.00. Click here for more info!
My personal favourites:
Villeroy & Boch (Store No: 220), La Casa Italiana (Store No: 248), Ferrari (Store No: 160), Ralph Lauren (Store No: 108), Nike (Store No: 111), Gucci (Store No. 209), Tod's (Store No: 309), Petit Bateau (Store No. 223).

Just found your blog on Design it Chic's hop, and I'm so glad I did! My husband and I are American expats living in Finland... so I find it interesting to read about others' experiences abroad as well! Plus, Switzerland is on our list of places we may end up moving at some point, and we've had several friends to have/do live in Switzerland! That outlet mall looks AMAZING... and it is definitely on my list of 'must go' places now :) Excited to check out more of your blog! Happy Friday :)

Ok so I'm from America, the state of Texas to be exact. My sister, her husband and children just moved to switzerland. I want to send gifts. On b-days and holidays. I thought if I found a store in switzerland and bought stuff online, maybe it won't be so expensive. Any thoughts? Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated. And will they take american currency?
Thanks in advance for your time.
Please tell me that they take Visa or Master card? I am American and I am leaving in a day do not want to exchanche any more money for Euro. I have looked all over the internet for this answer. Will all of the stores accept Visa?
All the shops at Foxtown accept VISA credit cards. They accept Swiss Francs as well as Euros. They do not accept US dollars.
A good place to shop for presents online in Switzerland is: www.geschenkidee.ch
Unfortunately the site is in German and French but not in English.
Happy shopping!
